CBT can help you to change how you think ('Cognitive') and what you do ('Behaviour'). It’s a short-term form of talking treatment that uses evidence-based (clinically proven) techniques to help you.
It’s a way of helping you to solve problems and improve the way you think and feel through a solution-focused and goal-oriented programme.
CBT therapy is a collaborative process. Together we’ll work towards resolving your issues in a safe and expert environment; making you happier at home, at work and in your social life.

Questions about your bill
What billing or insurance information will I receive?
Upon booking as a new patient, we will send you a letter detailing the cost of a new and follow-up appointment.
Are you fee assured?
I am fee assured for all insurance companies and we will work with your insurance company.
Why am I getting bills from the hospital?
This will need to be explained by your insurance company. Sometimes insurance companies put an excess in place so that you will have to pay for a portion of your treatment. Your insurance company should tell you whether they expect you to pay for a portion of your consultation (or imaging or blood tests) when you ring for an authorisation code.
Does my insurance company need to know that my consultant wants me to have an MRI scan?
If you were given authorisation for an MRI or Ultrasound when you rang your insurance company for authorisation to have a new patient consultation with one of our Consultants then you will be covered. If you don't know for certain whether you are covered for a scan, you should ring to check for authorisation before you have the scan.
Does my insurance company need to know that my consultant wants me to have a procedure?
Yes your insurer will want to know the details of the treatment planned and will want to know the procedure codes in order to authorise treatment.
